The views from the balcony were great and the size of the room was better than all the other hotels in the area. It was very easy to walk into the centre of Sao Bernardo and there are lots of restaurants and shops close by. The staff on reception are very welcoming and always ready to help, overall it was great value for money.

The staff was extremely helpful and able to accommodate the needs. Location is very nice, apparently safe, and very close to nice restaurants and to all sort of facilities such as bakery, market, pharmacy, and restaurants.
